This is the 3rd and 4th of 15 lectures given by Rudolf Steiner at Berlin, in November, 1910. The title of the series of lectures is: Spiritual Science's Answer to the Large Questions of the Present Time. They were published in German as: Antworten der Geisteswissenschaft Auf Den Grossen Fragen des Daseins. The lecture was transcribed from a typescript version, and the translators are D. S. Osmond and V. E. Watkin.
