They are lectures 4 and 5 of 12 lectures in the lecture series entitled, Past and Future Impulses in Social Happenings, and published in German as, Vergangenheits- und Zukunftsimpulse Im Sozialen Geschehen. Die geistigen Hintergruende der sozialen Frage. Band II. The title give to these lectures is, The Social Question as a Problem of Soul Life: Inner Experience of Language (vol. 190 in the Bibliographic Survey). They were translated by an unknown translator, and transcribed by an unknown transcriptionist.
