This is the first Mercury Press edition of Fundamentals of Anthroposophical Medicine, a translation of four lectures given by Rudolf Steiner and published in German under the title Anthroposophische Grundlagen fuer die Arzneikunst in the volume Physiologisch-Therapeutisches auf Grundlage der Geisteswissenschaft, published by the Rudolf Steiner Nachlassverwaltung, Dornach, Switzerland, (Bibliographie-Nr.314). The lectures were not revised by the lecturer for publication. These lectures were previously available in English translation under the title Anthroposophical Approach to Medicine, published by the Rudolf Steiner Press in London, who kindly gave permission for this publication. The translation in this Mercury Press edition is thoroughly revised from the most recent German edition and includes some portions omitted in the earlier English edition.
